At The Ink Moon, we produce our pieces in small batches as part of limited collections to maintain quality and exclusivity. Because of this, we begin processing orders soon after they're placed. We allow cancellations up to 2 hours after you place your order. After this window, cancellations are not possible as your order will already be in progress.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged Items
