Before you bring home your perfect print, here are a few things to keep in mind to make sure everything goes just right:
• All our artworks are high-quality fine art prints, originally designed by The Ink Moon and printed on premium, archival-grade paper or canvas. These are not hand-painted, but they're made to look just as stunning.
• Rolled Prints are shipped in sturdy tubes and do not come ready to hang. They're perfect if you'd like to frame the artwork yourself or use a frame that suits your space.
• Canvas prints include a 1.25 inch border suitable for standard framing, rolled canvas prints include a standard white border. If you'd like the design to extend for a seamless gallery wrap effect, please reach out to us before placing your order so we can customize it accordingly.
** If you order a rolled canvas print, and plan on having it gallery wrapped yourself, please note that we only provide a 1 inch border, which may not be sufficient for wrapping. If you require more fabric, or coloured borders, please get in touch with us. **
Change of mind? Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. After that, your art goes into
production and we can't make any changes.

How do I track my order?

We treat your art like the treasure it is! Whether it’s rolled or framed, each piece is wrapped up safe, secure, and ready for its grand entrance. It’ll arrive looking sharp and stylish, perfect for gifting or going straight on your wall.

Returns & Cancellations

Our Production & Policies

At The Ink Moon, we produce our pieces in small batches as part of limited collections to maintain quality and exclusivity. Because of this, we begin processing orders soon after they're placed. We allow cancellations up to 2 hours after you place your order. After this window, cancellations are not possible as your order will already be in progress.
